”Bondehuset” was built in 1877 in a small idyllic fishing hamlet called Melsted situated about 10 minutes’ walk south of Gudhjem.
The house has been totally renovated. It is situated about 200 meters from Melsted harbour and the beach is a few meters from the harbour. The living area is about 105 m2 and the site is about 1.295 m2. The house has a sea view and in clear weather you can see the isle of Christians-ø.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, an attic with a desk, a sitting room with a wood burning stove and a small TV-room. Furthermore a completely new bathroom and a very small kitchen (no dishwasher). An extra toilet is available in the scullery as well as a washing machine. The wood burning stove will heat the house and at the same time part of the floor in the house.
The terrace in front of the house is situated towards the sea. There is another big terrace in the garden and a private undisturbed terrace behind the house. Garden furniture, an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a petanque field are available in the garden.
