The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, an attic with a desk, a sitting room with a wood burning stove and a small TV-room. Furthermore a completely new bathroom and a very small kitchen (no dishwasher) – there is an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and sink. An extra toilet is available in the scullery as well as a washing machine. The wood burning stove will heat the house and at the same time part of the floor in the house.
The terrace in front of the house is situated towards the sea. There is another big terrace in the garden and a private undisturbed terrace behind the house. Garden furniture are available in the garden.
The house is rented at 8.800,00 DKK per week.
A deposit of DKK 3.000,00 is due when entering the leasing contract. This amount covers expenses for cleaning at departure (estimated at DKK 1.000,00), damages and other claims, which the landlord may hold against the tenant.
The deposit – expenses deducted – will be refunded when the house has been inspected after departure, and the key to the house is back in the keybox.
The rent is payable with half the amount on entering the leasing contract and the rest 6 weeks before taking over the house.
The house has two double beds and only room for 4 persons (small children excepted). One bed is 140 cm wide and one is 160 cm wide.
The tennant shall bring his own towels, tea-towels and bedlinen (please notice danish eiderdown, not blankets).
Dogs and cats are not allowed without a special permit from the owner of the house.
The house can be taken over Sundays after 4.00 o’clock p.m. and must be left Sundays before 11.00 a.m.
